RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

You have 10 calendar days to return new, unused items from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Your item must be in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.

- Your item needs to have the receipt, proof of purchase or order number.

(ALL accepted returns are subject and to a 15% restocking fee.) 

 

REFUNDS ON STORE STOCK ITEMS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the item does not meet the requirements, The item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense or COD for shipping. If the buyer does not accept the returned purchase, the item in question will be turned over to our legal department with a detailed inspection of the product or products. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

RETURNS ON CONVERTED EQUIPMENT

We can not accept returns on new converted equipment sold to customers after the item has been custom converted in our lab! If there is a problem with the conversion that we did on the unit, we may accept it per warranty policy for repair and customer will be notified of repair cost if any parts needed.

The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to us for repair and may be refunded or credited the shipping if we determine the problem is within the work done in our lab. If the unit is determined nothing wrong with it, the customer will be responsible for having the item shipped back to them.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs

are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund from the original purchase.

We will not ship out same order items separately. If some items are not in stock, we will hold in stock items until the entire order is filled.
